Scholarships are provided to SIAST students thanks to the support of many individuals: alumni, students, faculty, staff, businesses, organizations and foundations.

Please review the resources listed on this page or contact the Donor and Alumni Relations Office at any SIAST campus for assistance.

If you are thinking of entering an electronics related program, please consider or Reality Cheque Tuition program.  You could qualify for up to $2,000 in tuition credits.


SIAST Student Awards Program
The SIAST Student Awards Program is made up of entrance, continuing, and exits awards.  Only SIAST students are eligible to apply or be nominated for these awards.  There are two application cycles, Fall and Spring.  The fall application deadline is October 31st.  The spring application deadline is March 31st.

Centennial Merit Scholarships

Centennial Merit Scholarships are administered by SIAST, but not included on the General Applications.

At least one scholarship is awarded for each applied certificate ($1500), certificate and diploma ($2500) program of 20 weeks or more per campus.

The student must be enrolled full-time in an eligible SIAST program, and attending the program on-campus at SIAST Kelsey, Palliser, Wascana, or Woodland campus or a satellite of one of those campuses.

If the student is pursuing their studies wholly or partially online, the program must be available only online (ie. Not available through traditional classroom delivery), or a portion of the program must be available only online.

SIAST Centennial Merit Scholarships are not currently available for SIAST programs brokered to other institutions.

Applications will be posted by August 15, 2010 for the 2010-2011 academic year.
