If you require SIAST to release personal or confidential information about you as a SIAST applicant, student or graduate, to a person, agency, or institution, you may do so by completing and signing the SIAST Consent to Release Information (pdf) form.

This information is otherwise protected under The Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

With your written consent, SIAST will release your application, registration, academic, attendance, equity or financial information as authorized by you.
